I am a National Science Foundation SBE Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Anthropology at New York University. For my postdoc, I am working with Professors James Higham (NYU), Noah Snyder-Mackler (Arizona State University), and Lauren Brent (University of Exeter). I study the evolution of developmental plasticity, intergenerational effects of adversity, proximate mechanisms underlying early life effects, and social determinants of health and fitness.
I received my PhD from the School of Human Evolution and Social Change at Arizona State University in 2021. At ASU, I primarily worked with Professors Joan Silk, Katie Hinde, Kevin Langergraber, Ben Trumble, and Ian Gilby.
